Harley was born and raised in Athens, AL.  She is a graduate of Clements High School and is married to local business owner Justin Self.  Her hobbies include participating in antique tractor pulls with Justin, camping in the fall, and riding their Polaris RZR in the summer.  Harley is a double threat within the agency.  Her roles include both Personal Lines Account Manager and Agency Claims Manager.
